Baking

I have been baking - just not posting. Go figure! It's a problem when your camera is broken and you feel pictures belong with posts. I made 3 cakes in the shape of dice for my Bunco group and lots of cupcakes. I have discovered this great lemon poundcake recipe that makes super moist cupcakes. Generally I don't like cupcakes. Why? Because they are dry! But not these. I will be experimenting with different variations of this recipe very soon. I'm not kidding people these cupcakes were still super moist after 4 days - I am impressed!
